Q3 real estate sales report: Zellwood

Median prices rose in Zellwood over last year, and are up 64.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 15 homes sold in Zellwood for a median price of $94,500. That's 30.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

Median property tax for homeowners in Zellwood was $815.83 in 2015 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 1.7 percent of their home's value in taxes.
